d. Creator vs. Fan Data

Placed serves two distinct user types, and we handle their data accordingly:

Creators (athletes, musicians, and other talent) provide account, profile, and room content. Their identity and content data are central to the Service and may be visible to fans.
Fans who interact with a creator's Place may submit information through engagement features (such as giveaway entries or commerce transactions). Fan data is used only to fulfill those interactions and is not used to build advertising profiles.

Create and manage accounts and rooms
Enable transactions and monetization features

Placed does not assume responsibility for content uploaded by creators that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
